
We’re delighted to welcome Iain Hendry who joins us as Operations Manager for C&P Control Panel Services Ltd.
This is a new company extracting our control and MCC panel work from C&P Engineering Services Ltd and adding it to our group of companies under C&P Group Holdings Ltd.
With a strong background in control and low-voltage switchgear and distribution, Iain brings a wealth of experience. Throughout his career, he has designed and overseen the production of LV switchboards, MCCs, and control panels for a range of clients across the industrial engineering and healthcare sectors.
Some notable clients he has worked with include Tata Steel, RWE Aberthaw, The Royal Mint and many other organisations across the water utilities, food & beverage, power, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
In his new role, Iain is responsible for driving the growth and innovation of our control panel division, with a focus on delivering tailored low-voltage assembly solutions to meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Iain holds a Foundation Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Swansea University, alongside IOSH – Managing Safely in the Engineering Construction Industry certification.
Outside of work, Iain is a firm believer in keeping active and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s running events or family adventures, he enjoys balancing a busy professional life with fitness and the great outdoors. He describes himself in three words: Dedicated, Honest, and Reliable – qualities that shine through in his work and leadership style.
